PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Purposes connected and instrumental to the establishment and management of the recruiting process.

Our recruitment process carried out by our HR function is supported by the use of tools, also based on AI technology, that help us to efficiently review the large quantities of CVs, by sorting them by the correspondence of the competences and skills to the job posting. Such processing only supports the human evaluation of how much a candidate is in line with a job position, therefore there will be no automated decision making. 

Where applicable, to establish, exercise or defend the rights in a judicial or out of court proceeding.

Sending communications, news, via automated means (such as SMS and e-mail) and/or non-automated means (such as by phone with an operator and paper mail) about career opportunities and new job posting notifications.

LEGAL BASIS 

Performance of pre-contractual activities for the recruiting process, at the request of the data subject.     

Legitimate interest to speed up the recruitment process, maintain oversight over large amounts of job applications and ultimately lead to better outcomes in the selection process. It is always possible to object to this processing by sending your application to the following email address: application.optout@campari.com. The application submitted with this email channel will be processed manually by the Joint Controllers. 
If you wish to opt-out to such processing, you may also exercise your right to object by writing to gpdp.office@campari.com.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Duration of recruiting process and maximum 2 years from the latest interaction with the Joint Controllers.

Data collection is necessary for the correct management of the recruiting process. The refusal to provide the personal data prevents the possibility to collect and / or manage your job application.

The data may be communicated to third parties operating as data controllers and/or data processor, including qualified professionals and providers for administrative purposes, companies that offer maintenance services for websites and computer systems, companies that provide management and maintenance services for the Joint Controllers' database, as well as authorities and supervisory bodies and, in general, other parties, either public or private, entitled to request the data. In relation to the use of use of tools, also based on AI technology, that help us to efficiently review the large quantities of CVs, by sorting them by the correspondence of the competences and skills to the job posting, your personal data will be shared with the provider of such technology.

You can exercise the rights recognized to you by the relevant legislation including the right to obtain access, rectification and update or erasure of your personal data, as well as to request restriction of processing, portability and to object to the processing, specifically on legitimate grounds. For processing based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
