Congratulations on being selected for an interview with Campari Group! Typically, the first interview is held over video. The video interview is a two-way conversation to determine “true fit.” While our hiring manager and interview team are exploring your qualifications and personal alignment with Campari Group, you can explore with our team how this position and a career at Campari Group could meet your goals. To best prepare for your interview, learn more about our culture or review these tips:
Perform a solo trial run before the interview - set up your camera and any headset or microphone ahead of time
Make sure your background is tidy, distraction-free, quiet and well-lit
Dress professionally
Arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to your interview
Avoid making many hand gestures, which can stutter on the screen
Try looking directly into the camera when speaking to the interviewer and not at the screen
Echoes and delays can be perceived as communications gaps. If you are experiencing technical issues, please speak up. If technical difficulties persist, inform the interviewer and ask to call directly
Have your recruiter’s contact information ready in case you need their assistance
